The Sr. Sales Business Retention Associate (SBRA) performs inside sales activities related to the existing customer base. The primary responsibility of the (SBRA) is to secure the various software product renewals, increase revenue through up-selling and delivering on annual price increases. Additionally, the (SBRA) is responsible for generating, uncovering and forwarding leads to the appropriate sales channels. These functions are performed in a manner consistent with company established timelines and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Minimum Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent 1+ year of work experience in a sales or relevant customer facing role Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) Basic technical aptitude and working knowledge of PC operation and components Demonstrated ability to create positive working relationships with customers, co-workers and leaders Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written English language skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of inside sales experience Prior sales experience working with an intangible product (Technical, software/SaaS solutions)Additional Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently with minimal supervision Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively to meet business needs Ability to work flexible schedule and manage overtime as required meeting objectives during peak season-
