As a member of the Sales Organization supporting the Services Division, you are responsible for generating multiple streams of revenue through creative and innovative upselling. Service Managers handle a diverse assortment of events, ranging from weddings and social events to corporate meetings and conventions.

Skills and experience you will bring to us:

Works proactively with clients, procured by the Sales team, to plan all facets of their events, clearly identifying client goals and vision, and bringing it to fruition. Communicating any modifications or updates throughout the planning process in a timely and professional manner to ensure maximum client satisfaction and ease. Achieves team and property revenue goals by driving food, beverage, and ancillary upsells beyond the contracted minimums. Outlines all the details of an event in a Banquet Event Order (BEO) with supporting meeting room diagrams for all assigned functions. Input details of an event into Delphi FDC Management System to generate BEO that accurately reflects the event detail in accordance with department procedures.

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Sales or related field preferred. Prior experience in a guest facing role in the service industry. Ideal candidate would have experience working in the hotel industry with banquet facilities. Resourceful and innovative skills that deliver contemporary set-ups, menus, and experiences for groups.
