Raytheon’s Ground Radars & Platforms Center within Systems Integration & Test is seeking a Requirements Lead Engineer to support the Patriot program. Every day is a different set of challenges to overcome. Whether in hardware, software, networking, or some combination of all three, you'll be stretched to learn about how our systems work and identify the sources of new and unexpected issues through lots of troubleshooting and data analysis. You'll be expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement solutions. In this role, you'll get to know a little bit about every aspect of the system and have a direct hand in making it all work together supporting teams of engineers engaged in integration and test efforts across the program.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team Operate our systems, as well as related simulators/stimulators Identify and resolve issues and anomalies through debugging/troubleshooting and data analysis Integrate hardware or software into a tactical system, and evaluate the functionality and impact of these changes Develop integration documentation, execute plans and procedures, process and analyze data, and communicate results Communicate with internal and/or external stakeholders Travel to support mission execution at applicable facility, test site, vendor, and/or customer location, expected travel is 10%.Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior experience. Experience with systems, and/or integration & test Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer
Experience with the Patriot system working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification. Experience with hands-on root cause identification, corrective action implementation and verification Experience with test planning, test execution and test reporting Experience using DOORS or other requirements management tools Experience support test events with radar systems, weapons systems, or command and control systemsWhat We Offer

More information about Security Clearances can be found on the US Department of State government website here: The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
