About the Role:

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a skilled Systems Integration and Test Engineer to support our Air and Missile Defense programs. As a member of our team, you will integrate hardware or software into tactical systems, evaluate functionality, and identify and resolve issues through debugging and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate hardware or software into tactical systems
  • Evaluate the functionality and impact of these changes
  • Identify and resolve issues and anomalies through debugging and data analysis
  • Lead and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Develop integration documentation, execute plans and procedures, process and analyze data, and communicate results
  • Present findings and solutions to Leadership and/or Customers
  • Communicate with internal and/or external stakeholders
  • Travel to support mission execution at applicable facility, test site, vendor, and/or customer location, expected travel is 10%

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience with software, hardware, systems, and/or integration & test
  • Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an integration lab, test facility, or in the field, supporting integration and/or verification
  • Experience with design, development, integration and test of radar systems and software
  • Experience with digital beamforming, multi-sensor track management and data fusion, adaptive signal processing, clutter mitigation techniques, electronic attack and electronic protect, sensor resource management and mission planning
  • Experience with hands-on root cause identification, corrective action implementation and verification
  • Experience with test planning, test execution and test reporting
  • Experience using DOORS or other requirements management tools
  • Experience support test events with radar systems, weapons systems, or command and control systems
