Are you a customer service rockstar? Jefferson Healthcare is looking for a skilled and compassionate Care Team Specialist I to join our Patient Engagement team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others. Responsibilities include answering patient phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, monitoring and returning voicemails, and verifying insurance information. The ability to multitask and handle patient inquiries with sensitivity and professionalism is a must.
