Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team at Life Care Centers of America. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct patient care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, as directed by the healthcare team.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
  • Currently registered/licensed in applicable State and maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
