This is a unique position with different job duties on different days.
Wednesday & Thursday:
Administrative Rover Duties:
- Answer phone calls, respond to text messages, schedule appointments, and manage patient care.
- Assist with maintaining and managing the office schedule.
- Locate and organize charts for future days and file as needed.
- Send referrals and x-rays to specialist offices.
- Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed including data entry and scanning documents as our office converts to a paperless system.
Friday:
Clinical Rover Duties:
- Assist Hygienists and Doctors prepping and cleaning operatories between patients.
- Bring patients back to the operatories, take blood pressure and check health history.
- Maintain sterilization lab and instruments to the highest standard.
- Stock and clean as needed
- Maintain lab case management system
- Any additional support the team may need

Requirements:
- Strong attention detail and pride in accomplishments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Self-starter with an enjoyment of working with a close-knit team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in computer literacy.
- Previous experience in a clerical or receptionist role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental or medical office procedures is a plus.
- Pay range is based off of previous experience in various areas.
Hours:
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: 8-5:30
- Thursday: 11-7
- Friday: 8-5
