WHAT YOU WILL DO: 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

Maintain accurate and timely documentation for on-site Fabrication Shop and Chemical production facility. Documentation includes: Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), instrument data sheets, electrical drawings, bills of materials, and updated drawings for application equipment fabricated on site. Equipment design and technical support of our on-site chemical production facility, including facility modifications and small capital additions, maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause failure analysis. Lead Engineering for design and installation of new production facilities, ensuring all project deliverables are met. This includes overseeing the contract engineering firm design work and contractor installation. Manage Fabrication and Plant Engineering group of Engineers and Engineering Technologists & workload.Perform any other related duties as assigned.

YOUR MUST HAVES:

Must be 18 years of age or older.Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering from an ABET accredited university. 4 years of project, process support, or reliability engineering experience.3 years of management experience.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

Prior experience managing a technical group.Knowledge of supporting a chemical manufacturing facility.Capital project engineering and construction experience.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals.Apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Basic knowledge of computer skills.
