Responsibilities:
Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, including those with autism, to promote effective learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a conducive learning environment for all students. Utilize instruction strategies that engage students and promote their understanding and skills of the material. Support the development of children by incorporating activities that foster childhood development and growth. Utilize experience working with students to provide individualized support and guidance to help each student reach their full potential.Skills:
Practicing Catholic in full communion with the teachings of the Church Experience working with students, particularly those with autism or special needs Strong math skills to assist students with numerical concepts Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team Familiarity with behavior management techniquesIf you are passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of children, we encourage you to apply for this Elementary Teacher position.
