As a member of the Security Dispatch team you are responsible for prioritizing and organizing incoming and outgoing calls in the Security department. Dispatch calls to appropriate personnel and maintain and document call records. Assist guests and employees with lost articles.

Receive routine and emergency calls via two way radio or telephone; prioritize and dispatch appropriate in-park personnel for assistance. Monitor and respond to all relevant radio traffic and enter call related data on a computer aided dispatch system. Call for assistance from appropriate police, fire or ambulance agencies as directed in emergency situations. Monitor security camera system. Give verbal direction and assist guests and associates, including lost and/or separated guests. Provide service to guests in person and via telephone regarding lost articles. Receive, track, move, and ship Lost & Found items. Perform department data entry, email and other administrative support functions. Provide guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest.
