Collections Recovery

Shift hours : 8AM- 5PM, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
Position Overview:
As a key member of the CSO Maintenance and Charge-Off Team within the Collections department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of transactions. You will also develop and manage workflows aimed at improving operational efficiencies, collaborating with various internal stakeholders, including collections agents, to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
In this role, you will perform moderately complex research to resolve customer concerns, providing timely follow-up and maintaining high service standards. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PC applications and MS Office, with the ability to engage effectively with both team members and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions within the CSO Maintenance and Charge-Off team.
- Develop and monitor workflows to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Conduct research to resolve moderately complex customer issues, ensuring follow-through and timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including collections agents, to facilitate problem-solving and decision-making.
- Use strong analytical and research skills to address challenges and identify areas for improvement.
- Respond promptly and positively to requests, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to conduct research and identify solutions.
- Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
