Overview

Responsible for implementation, training, oversight and conducting Project Controls related practices for multiple projects across Wanzek's operational groups.


Responsibilities

Compiling job cost and/or planning reports for multiple projects Assist with preparation of project progress billings May require some travel to project sites Update change management, forecast and progress updates in Viewpoint Support project management with project reporting requirements Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience 0-2 years of related experience in project controls or cost scheduling and planning

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward Wanzek’s Zero Injury principles High proficiency in Microsoft Excel Organizational skills and ability to manage simultaneous tasks/assignments Exceptional team building skills and ability to collaborate with groups throughout the company Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to comprehend complex assignments Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
