Our client, a family-run food processing plant, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Maintenance Manager In order to be considered you MUST come from a food manufacturing background 

About The Company:

At the facility, safety is paramount, and they pride themselves on treating everyone like family. With a team of 35 employees on the floor, they foster a supportive and secure environment where longevity is valued. Many employees have been with them for 15-20 years, a testament to commitment to job security and employee satisfaction.

The Opportunity:

As they continue to expand and grow, we're in need of a skilled maintenance professional to join their team. You'll work closely with Plant Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, including hydraulics, roll stock, burger machines, conveyors, and belts. Additionally, your role will involve overseeing a junior colleague who is currently learning the ropes.
