  • The creation of structures at the online American Diploma High School Program which would support the creation of new campuses
  • The creation of structures at the online American Diploma High School Program which would support the creation of additional community college or college partnerships like dual credit courses from both high school and colleges
  • The creation of structures at the online American Diploma High School Program which would support the creation of online subject specific tutoring
  • Assist in other projects assigned by Director of China Operation

Daily Tasks:

  • The creation of a general timeline that supports all projects to implementation
  • The daily communication to all stakeholders to ensure the creation and continuity of all projects to implementation
  • A weekly progress report to the administrators at AIEP to increase transparency on all programs and ensure alignment between AIEP with APEX global academy
  • The creation of documents, advising AIEP administrators, and other stakeholders in the interview process for all future students or staff
  • The general support for all academic questions relating to the creation of an accredited academic program and other programs related to dual credit courses, college credit program
  • All tasks that focus on the creation of and sustainability of the online accredited American Diploma High School Program and supporting programs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.

5+ years in education and academic program design required.

Design and technical application expertise required - especially in successfully creating and implementing online academic programs.

Must be able to work onsite in the Derby, CT HQ. Some travel required. Must possess a valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.
