Job Title: Behavioral Therapist

Constellation Health Service is seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to work with children on the autism spectrum in a school-based setting. As a key member of our team, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming to support the development of essential skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement ABA programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Assist clients with behavior, social, and academic skills during the school day
  • Collect and report data for target behaviors to assigned BCBA supervisor
  • Participate in behavior management programming for assigned clients
  • Collaborate with school staff to provide comprehensive support

Requirements:
  • Experience working with children, preferably those with autism and/or special needs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • RBT Certification
  • Availability Monday-Friday during school hours
