Team players who thrive in a collaborative environment, with excellent mobility for moving across workstations and handling tasks that require lifting up to 40 pounds (occasionally). Interpreting work orders to meticulously assemble and pack security products, adhering to precise specifications. Operating a variety of machinery and tools to craft products that meet our quality benchmarks. Collaborating closely with team leaders to align production efforts with schedules, ensuring timely and efficient output. Proactively managing materials and equipment, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the smooth operation of your production cell. Upholding our commitment to excellence by conducting thorough quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
