We currently have an immediate opening for a Clinical Manager position for our outpatient services in Nashville and Lebanon TN.
Position Overview: In this pivotal role, you will serve as the manager of all program treatment services, overseeing program concepts and procedures. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and approving admissions, discharges, and treatment extensions. Working closely with the Treatment Director, Community Relations, and Counseling and Referral Service staff, you will also handle patient referrals and deliver community service activities as needed. Key Responsibilities:
Direct treatment practices, monitoring performance and patient care delivery. Maintain clinical supervision logs and monitor treatment staff growth, development, and training. Participate in Quality Improvement Management programs and committees. Make counselor/patient assignments, schedule counseling personnel, and coordinate treatment staff meetings or case conferences. Provide clinical supervision and direct supervision to clinical staff. Mediate patient and family concerns regarding care delivery. Conduct interviewing and hiring of Clinical Staff. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage regulatory visits regarding clinical matters. Implement and enforce Bradford Health Services Policies and Procedures. Accept responsibility for on-call status as assigned by the Regional Director/ CEO. Demonstrate and teach clinical activities, techniques, and procedures to Clinical staff. Stay current with new findings in the field of addictions.Qualifications:
3 years of experience in addiction treatment and management preferred. 1 year of supervisory experience preferred. Master’s degree in Social Science or a related field from an accredited college or university. Concentration in courses, continuing education, or CEUs in alcoholism addiction treatment or management. A.L.C., L.P.C., L.C.S.W., or L.M.S.W. License required. LAADC 2 preferred.Skills and Abilities:
Excellent record-keeping and communication skills. Capability to administer CPR (Certification required). Strong ability to handle stress and maintain composure. Demonstrate a professional demeanor and appearance. Stay current with advancements in the field of addictions.What We Offer:
