Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Lead Generators. In this role, you will establish brand awareness, promote our products and services, and acquire potential customers through various events, such as trade shows, festivals, and fairs. This is an excellent opportunity for retired or semi-retired people, college students, or anybody who wants to make extra money, wants to start a career, and enjoys meeting new people The atmosphere at these events is fun and energetic, and we don't sell anything at our shows.

 Event Marketers will:
- Attend pre-scheduled events and represent Nova Water & Air to generate leads for the company (no selling).
- Generate interest in our products and services with an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude. 
- Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques. 
- Work well without close supervision but always keep the manager informed 
- Assist with event set up and tear down

Job Requirements: 
- Availability to work weekend and sometimes evening shifts 
- Reliable transportation and driver's license
- Some experience with lead generation 
- Outgoing, friendly personality 
- Ability to work weekends 
- Strong face-to-face communication skills
