Exciting Opportunity: Mass Tort / Personal Injury Attorney

Are you an experienced attorney with 3-5 years in Mass Tort or Personal Injury law? Our well-established law firm in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a dedicated professional for a fully remote position.

About the Role:

As a key member of our dynamic team, you’ll leverage your negotiation skills to advocate for clients in mass tort litigation. We value individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle civil litigation cases related to asbestos and toxic torts.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation throughout the litigation process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and all involved parties.
  • Prepare for and represent clients in court, including hearings and trials.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Mass Tort or Personal Injury law.
  • Active PA License is required; WV License is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Stay current with developments in personal injury litigation law.

Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
