Job Summary
The Recreation Front of House Assistant Manager will assist the Facility Manager with the daily operations of Massanutten Fitness and Recreation Center, Mountain Peak Pool, Mountain Peak Pool Snack Bar, Perfect Break and The Rink at Massanutten.
Required
2-4 years in a recreational work setting
Aquatic Facility Operator certification
Virginia ABC MART certification
Possess strong leadership skills
Strong initiative
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Preferred
2-year degree in an associated field
American Red Cross CPR and First Aid certification
Knowledge of resort operations and procedures
Typical Schedule
Days:
Primarily Monday-Friday, some weekends each month
Hours:
Primarily 8am-4pm or 5pm, evening hours are required monthly
Core Responsibilities
Assist with facilitating and administering of the Lifetime membership and MFRC annual and 6-month membership Oversee the daily operations of Mountain Peak Pool Snack Bar Interview, Recruit, train and evaluate staff Serve as an active member of resort committees Assure proper operation and maintenance schedules are followed Other duties as assigned by managementFor more information, contact Ana at --.
