Job Summary

The Yield Optimization Data Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the Front Office and Domestic Services teams. The Analyst works to optimize inventory with heightened focus on efficiency and interdepartmental collaboration to expedite availability. As a strong contributor to the Resort’s quality efforts, the Analyst leverages analytics to identify trends and make data-based recommendations to support process improvement and enhance the guest’s arrival experience. Further, the Analyst strives to cultivate and maintain a team-oriented, service-focused work culture as a leader within the department. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers with a desire to serve others.

Required

Previous experience in customer service role

General computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be at least 18

Preferred

Guest relations/hospitality experience

Prior experience with data analytics, CRM, and PMS software

Experience with BI products

Varies, including evenings
