Compensation and Schedule:

- Position 1: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Role Overview: As an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of the production administration, providing essential support to the production managers and ensuring seamless operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling all customer calls with excellent service and professionalism.
- Keeping all schedules and calendars up to date, coordinating daily jobs and new assignments.
- Managing the online Work-in-Progress (WIP) Board to ensure all job statuses are updated accurately.
- Assisting in job file management by ensuring all documentation is complete and correctly entered.
- Communicating daily with production management and adjusters about job progress and any concerns.
- Managing subcontractor activities, ensuring timely scheduling and proper documentation.
- Providing daily support to the Production Manager, assisting with estimates, payroll, and maintaining company records.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Positive Attitude: You bring enthusiasm and a can-do spirit to your role every day.
- Customer Service Skills: You have a knack for making customers feel valued and heard.
- Administrative Experience: Experience in accounts receivable/payable is a plus but not required.
