Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Program Specialist to join our team at Wonder. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and scaling our training programs across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training, operations, or a related field within the QSR or fast-casual restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update training schedules and templates to manage program deployment.
  • Own the Training Restaurant program and certifications, working with Regional Leadership to implement and drive adoption.
  • Lead orientations, training workshops, new manager training, ongoing manager development, and other learning initiatives.
  • Spend 60-70% of time in the field, supporting Wonder training programs, including MIT execution, training and cross-training, and validation progress.
  • Partner with leadership to review weekly program status trackers, tracking progress and validations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create development plans aligned to market needs and manage weekly check-in cadence to ensure program consistency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in training, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and scaling training programs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: $88,000 - $92,750
