Core Services Group, a Hampton Roads small business defense contractor, is currently seeking security professionals with experience in SAP facility and security program administration. Working as part of a team, these positions will help scale up a critical Government requirement. As described below, the positions include inside facility managers and Mobile Training Teams that will have exciting travel and Fleet engagement opportunities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum two years of Fleet Operational Special Access Program (SAP)  Security experience and held a Security position such as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), Command Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO), or Command Government Program Manager (CGPM) (or assistant to any of these positions).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Perform all related administrative actions required for the DoN's Program Access Request (PAR) process utilizing the DoD SAP Nomination Process (SAPNP) criteria.
- Perform data entry for the submission of a PAR, completed Program Indoctrination Agreements (PIA), and facility information utilizing the Joint Access Database System (JADS) and Joint Access Database Enterprise (JADE).
- Track the approval process, maintain status, obtain signatures as required, and provide PAR tracking status metrics to the Government Program Security Officer (PSO) upon request.
- Manage incoming/outgoing visit certifications/requests for staff and guests. Facilitate visitor access to the facility.
- Ensure facility spaces meet required physical security standards and report discrepancies to facility GSSO.
- Correctly manage material and equipment in team custody.
