Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Change Evaluation Administrator to join our team onsite in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Collect and track metrics related to CM change management to (1) show executing agent's adherence to process requirements, and (2) to identify needed improvements for Enterprise NCTE and effectiveness of any improvements implemented.
  • Support the configuration management program and change management process and work to identify and implement improvement opportunities for Enterprise NCTE.
  • Assign and manage contractor conducted configuration audits.
  • Provide support as requested by RS20E1 Configuration Manager when corrective action is needed for a government conducted configuration audit.
  • Provide support to the community to include guidance and training to improve their understanding of the change management process. This community may include NITE contractors, if the need arises.
  • Configuration Management support for the Approved Software and Hardware lists.
  • Attend and support Enterprise NCTE meetings where CM matters will be discussed, such as the progression of CM CRs (e.g. reoccurring Area of Responsibility (AOR) meetings).
  • Drafting support to update documents in accordance with CM CRs.
  • Collect and track metrics related to Drafting to (1) show executing agent's adherence to process requirements, and (2) identify needed improvements for Enterprise NCTE and effectiveness of any improvements implemented.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities to assist with Drafting efficiency and communities’ access, visibility, and understanding of baseline documentation for Enterprise NCTE.
  • Timely response to PDF requests of baseline documentation.
  • Attend and support Enterprise NCTE meetings where Drafting matters will be discussed, such as the status of CM CR Drafting support (e.g. reoccurring Area of Responsibility (AOR) meetings).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience of change management required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Navy
  • Prior experience with Navy Continuous Training Environment program

Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizen and active Secret security clearance required

Physical Requirements:

  • Up to 25% travel required or as needed.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
