Client Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for clients, addressing their insurance inquiries and providing support.
Policy Assistance: Assist clients with policy changes, claims submissions, and coverage reviews to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Requirement
Insurance or Office Customer service experience is preferred.
