**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented Learning Manager to lead our Product Manager Machine Learning (PMML) Program at Capital One. As a member of the Product College team, you will be responsible for partnering closely with key business partners to deliver practical and immersive learning experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement an annual strategy for the PMML program, including program management and enhancement requests.
  • Partner with business leaders, vendors, and learning stakeholders to manage the program and drive continuous improvement.
  • Create awareness of the program through marketing efforts within the product community and enroll participants.
  • Manage all program communications to engage participants, instructors, managers, mentors, and presenters.
  • Utilize a data-centered approach to influence decision making by gathering learner feedback and synthesizing data to measure impact.
  • Act as a host and producer for learners during live learning sessions and office hours, managing logistics and partnering with SMEs.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to autonomously drive projects and strategy forward.
  • Experience delivering dynamic immersive learning experiences, with a particular focus on cohort learning and program experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to dynamically communicate with a variety of audiences and adapt style for written and verbal channels.
  • Eye for detail and ability to organize, move, select, synthesize, summarize, and edit information to make it effective.
  • Trust-based relationships with clients to foster credibility throughout the team.
