Hours: 12:45pm-10:45pm Monday-Friday, 1:50pm-10pm Monday-Friday, 9:50pm-6am Monday-Friday

Direct hire opportunities available QPS Employment Group is hiring a Filling Machine Operator for a company in Germantown, WI.

Filling Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements while following the company's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Operate and observe production line equipment to ensure food safety, product quality, and conformity meeting customer standards and specifications
- Become proficient in Sterilize-in-Place (SIP), operation and/or Clean-in-Place (CIP) of assigned filler
- Perform basic clean, inspect and lube functions, including basic Preventative Maintenance (PMs)
- Actively participate in start-up, troubleshooting/adjustment, stop/reset and shutdown of line equipment
- Perform changeovers - complete line clears and accurately set up next item's packaging and coding
- Complete handwritten instructions and on-line documentation, including Quality and Critical Control Point
- Maintain accurate and detailed work log (including Factory MES data collection) and inventory records
- Monitor and review inventory and production levels to achieve the most efficient operating conditions
- Maintain assigned work area and production environment in clean orderly condition
- Safely operate forklifts as needed to keep assigned work area supplied with necessary production materials

Filling Machine Operator Requirements:
- 6 months of manufacturing, packaging, or assembly line production experience
- Demonstrated organizational and observational skills, and detail-oriented
- Basic mathematical calculation skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and listen to written and oral and instructions in the English language
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment under limited supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations by promoting and maintaining an inclusive work environment and culture that is respectful and accepting of diversity
- Lift, carry, push, and pull
- Reach overhead, climb, squat, bend, kneel, and sit
- Stand, walk, move about 100%
