Join Our Team as a Leasing Associate with Richman Property Services, Inc. in Hayward CA
Are you enthusiastic, community-driven, and ready to be part of our esteemed team? Richman Property Services, Inc. is actively seeking a full-time Leasing Associate to join our dynamic workforce.
Position: Leasing Associate, hourly base pay is $18-$19.50 per hour, eligible for monthly Lease/Renewal bonuses, day time schedule and great benefits
Location: Hayward Sr. Village, our 151-unit Sr. Living (55+) community located in Hayward, CA
Hours: Office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00-6:00pm, and Saturday's from 9:00am-3:00pm. Schedule is 40 hours per week during these hours. Schedule will be discussed during interview process.

Responsibilities:
Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks Create and distribute marketing materials Develop and maintain strong client relationships Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospectRequirements:
Education:High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred Experience:Minimum 1-3 years of leasing experience, affordable multi-family leasing experienceProficiency in Yardi software products preferred Skills & Certifications: Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills Strong work ethic and customer focus Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude Attention to detail/follow-up technique Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change Problem-solving skills and reliability Professional demeanor and personable phone voice Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment Valid Driver’s License requiredBenefits:
