Position Description:

CGI is seeking a high growth Product Manager for managing the roadmap and vision for CGI’s AI Product & development, prototyping, and scaling the product offerings. In this leadership role the candidate will be responsible for working with a multitude of teams including development, delivery, marketing and finance teams. The candidate should be well versed with different Data science, AI, ML methodologies including Generative AI. The candidate should possess strong leadership & consulting skills, the ability to think critically, problem-solve, influence, have a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. Prior background and hands on experience in data science, machine learning, generative AI is a prerequisite. Candidates who do not have this background and experience will not be considered.

**This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in any CGI office, and candidates must be willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Lead & build consumer-facing AI products. Product leadership activities include defining/refining the vision and product strategy.
• Manages & prioritizes product features, backlog and development activities.
• Work with the key management stakeholders to develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap to all involved parties.
Collaborate with the product owners and development teams to provide direction and priority on product epics and features to build a strong product foundation.
• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Conduct demos and presentations to showcase product capabilities.
• Needs to be well versed industry perspective and emerging technologies. Bring and develop viable and relevant use cases for incorporation into the product.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 10+ years of experience of product development is a must.
• 5+ years’ experience in AI / ML, Conversational AI, Gen AI is needed.
• Consulting skills is key for this role.
• Experience working with Client executives, presenting product roadmaps and milestones in a business context.
• Ability to present analysis and findings in a business context.
• Experience working with a cross-functional teams to implement a key strategic product enhancement.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science / data science / information systems.
