About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to support customer acquisition and retention activities, and build and lead our Sales Operations team. The Sales Ops Manager is responsible for developing a collaborative, data-driven and results-oriented Sales Operations function. The scope of the role is leading the people, process and technology across all operational activities from driving marketing campaign effectiveness to optimizing sales funnel processes to managing the key revenue systems (e.g., CRM). Also, the Sales Ops Manager will be an advisor on go to market strategy and cross-functional opportunities. Responsibilities:

Develop the vision and strategy for the Sales Ops team Assist in the ongoing adoption and continuing updates to our configuration of Salesforce, serving as a super-user and assisting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Collections, and other teams with their use of Salesforce Manage day-to-day Sales Ops team, with growing responsibility to include marketing campaign evaluation, funnel optimization, sales/revenue performance measurement, compensation planning, account segmentation, voice of customer, and revenue team dashboards Partner closely with our Sales, Customer Success, Collections, Partnerships, and Marketing leaders and teams, serving as a subject matter expert in Sales Ops to understand, report and advise on the revenue funnel Direct operational priorities connected to new business and customer acquisition, marketing tactics, and customer retention/growth Establish quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting Leverage data in making decisions, setting goals, and driving success in the organization, while also embracing qualitative measures of success Help in hiring, coaching, developing and mentoring Sales Operations talent at Novo Facilitate monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for the Sales and Support teams

Requirements for the Role:

7+ years in Sales Ops, revenue operations, marketing operations, sales, or similar roles 4+ years experience working in Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM 1+ years in people leadership roles managing high performing teams Ability to analyze Sales team data in multiple ways to detect patterns and determine new opportunities. Experience working cross-functionally at multiple levels of the organization to create processes, solve problems and develop strategies Excellent leadership and people management skills Skilled in hiring and developing high-caliber Sales Ops professionals Exceptional communications skills: writing, presenting, pitching, negotiating Knowledge of lending, banking, and payments processing is preferred A bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, computer science or another quantitative field Advanced spreadsheet and database skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Hands-on, results oriented, thrives when challenged Organized and collaborative How We Define Success:
