Our commitment to quality content and industry leadership is unwavering, and we are currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager/Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing platforms, ensuring smooth functioning and alignment with our growth objectives.

Manage a diverse team of 3, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Responsible for all administrative aspects ofEdisonReport.com, "Today in Lighting" podcast, "designing lighting (dl)" magazine, "designing lighting global (dlg)" magazine, and other initiatives.

Responsible for advertising sales of EdisonReport.com.

Ensure equitable distribution of workload among team members, maintaining high morale and productivity.

Administer financial responsibilities, including the payment of salaries, bills, and commissions.

Efficiently manage several Mailchimp databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Liaise with various departments and external partners to streamline operations and facilitate seamless collaboration.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing teams and operations.

Proven sales experience

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in administrative management and financial responsibilities.

Adept at using digital tools, including Mailchimp and other management software.

Publishing experience is not mandatory, but an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Compensation:

Competitive salary and commisison based on experience.

Note: This position does not offer benefits.

Travel:

No travel required.
