Shortened sales hours – we close at 7pm In-house NADA training Quarterly cash bashes to recognize top performers Proven career path, promotional opportunities 42 dealerships, 25 brands and 12 collision centers throughout PA/NJ (& growing) Thousands of used/new car inventory, cross brand selling Service & parts discounts Employee engagement events Volunteer and community service opportunities 401(k) Retirement Plan (with employer match) Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off Employee Assistance Program Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA plans Short/Long Term Disability, Life, Accident, Critical insurance Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assume responsibility of profitability of the sales/finance departments Assist in developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve monthly and annual forecasts Lead the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing Maintain a strong focus on satisfaction of all customers Engage and motivate the team to achieve goals and performance expectations Hire, train, mentor, support and monitor the performance of staff Qualifications include but are not limited to: At least 2 years Automotive Management experience required Experience in maintaining the profitability of the sales department while controlling expenses and sustaining customer satisfaction Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors MUST be willing to adapt to Ciocca culture, processes, and procedures With 42+ dealerships and growing, there are many opportunities for advancement.
