In 2023, Securis generated more than $8.5 million in total revenue. Our objective is to reach $25 million by the end of 2030. Senior management recognizes that our growth will be largely dependent on hiring the right people, and providing them with the resources to succeed.
Securis believes that a strong sales effort (encompassing both the sourcing and recycling of electronics equipment and secure data destruction) is essential to attaining $25 million in revenue. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Lead, manage, motivate and inspire a team of highly effective sales professionals
Develop sales forecasts and goals and achieve them, with regular progress reporting to the senior leadership team
Train the sales team
Hold the sales team accountable for results
Coach sales team to convincingly present solutions to key decision-makers and prospects both over the phone and in person
Assist the sales team in the preparation of estimates, proposals, and contracts for clients
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the IT asset recycling and data destruction industry
Contribute information to sales strategy based on client and market insights
Recommend new products and services by identifying unfulfilled client needs
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Recruit new sales representatives when necessary
Education and Experience
10+ years B2B sales/leadership experience preferred.
Familiarity with technology platforms like Salesforce and Zoominfo is highly preferred.
Experience leading sales teams strongly preferred.
Experience selling to senior-level information technology decision-makers is highly preferred.
Bachelors degree preferred.

Strong internal and external communication skills
Knowledge of the information technology industry is a plus, in either the private sector or the government sector
