The Agent Experience Specialist will assist agents with all aspects of the services and resources provided by Samson Properties. This is a salaried position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, unless prior permission from a supervisor has been granted. This position reports directly to the Director of Agent Experience.

General Responsibilities
- Attend all required trainings and meetings.
- Submit PTO and or WFH requests to direct supervisor.
- Support other office departments as needed - including but not limited to Office Managers,

Office Administrators, Operations, Marketing, and Education.
- Make a consistent effort to communicate with and learn the initiatives of other departments.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Attend (live/virtually) or watch recordings of all monthly company Sales Meetings.
- Watch “Weekend Update” reports from CEO/COO to stay informed on company resources and

updates.

Agent Support
- Be a warm and welcoming presence for all agents while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Be knowledgeable on all aspects of Samson Properties tools and resources to include basic understanding of technology platforms, support staff, and specific points of contact for further information.
- Become very familiar with the location and accessibility of resources on the Cardinal Nest.
- Conduct Agent Orientations at least once a month in every office within the designated territory using standardized Agent Orientation materials provided.
- Meet with agents to help them with their onboarding, transferring, marketing and other business needs.
- Direct agents to and then promote the use of all appropriate tools, resources, and support staff as needed.
- Connect agents to specific trainers or staff members as needed.
- Educate agents on the business model of Samson Properties and the need for support of Cardinal Title Group as a part of this model.
- Promote the use of Cardinal Title Group to all agents.
- Work with Cardinal Title Group staff to aid in this promotion.
- Elevate any Cardinal Title Group feedback/issues to CTG upper management.
- Communicate with direct supervisor on any ongoing issues with staff or agents.
- Communicate with direct supervisor regarding reoccurring feedback from staff or agents to include recommendations, complaints, or general information.
- Plan and execute in-office, agent events to include trainings, office meetings, happy hours, vendor sponsored events, and networking meet ups. Coordinate with Office

Mangers and Office Administrators as needed.
- Assist the Recruiting department when connected with agents interested in joining Samson Properties.
- Attend Lunch & Learn recruiting events within the designated territory.
- Monitor and track the usage of Cardinal Title among the Agents engaged with in your offices.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
