Job Summary
We are looking for a Veeva CRM Subject Matter Consultant for our Life Sciences client. This role is key in implementing and optimizing Veeva CRM solutions within the organization's Sales Force Operations. It requires a deep understanding of the Veeva CRM platform, its capabilities, and how it can be leveraged to meet the unique needs of the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proactive Veeva CRM Platform consultant specialized in the development and knowledge of the Veeva CRM Platform, including Account Management, Events Management, CLM, Calls & Activity Management, Medical Insight, Approved Emails, Field Coaching Reports, Reports, and Dashboards.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for issues and questions relating to CRM. Uses deep knowledge and expertise of the respective systems to be able to effectively answer questions, provide support, and ensure quality and adoption.
  • Responsible for supporting the day-to-day CRM operational processes, ensuring quality CRM data and CRM functionality for assigned Business Unit(s). Responsible for identifying stakeholders, risks, opportunities (e.g., performance improvements) and make recommendations as needed.
  • Optimize CRM functionalities by utilizing Salesforce tools such as flows, triggers, workflows, validation rules, apex programming, and visual force.
  • Manage and maintain record and field visibility, security settings, and territory management.
  • Integration of Salesforce with other applications using API-based integration or connectors with connected apps.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a consultant or subject matter expert in Veeva CRM.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing Veeva CRM.
