**Your Role** Odaseva is seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Manager to launch and grow our commercial business in the Salesforce ecosystem through large channel resellers.. Cross-functional teams from Odasevas, Solution Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Product, Alliances and Sales Operations teams will provide support for you to attain and exceed sales performance goals.
As a member of Odasevas Global Channel Sales organization, the Channel Sales Manager will own the sales growth strategy with channel resellers in the US. The candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of the overall business plan to drive hyper-growth of the Odaseva product portfolio at these resellers. The essential responsibilities of the Channel Sales Manager are to work directly with channel resellers to develop sales opportunities, and to work effectively across functions with other Odaseva employees to build those partnerships. **You responsibilities will include:**

Building relationships with targeted CDW/SHI sales teams to develop incremental sales opportunities & joint solution driven go-to-market plans.
+ Co-developing business plans with CDW/SHI that align with Odaseva revenue goals and includes: sales planning / account mapping strategies, awareness / demand generation programs, and marketing / enablement plans.
+ Creating, launching, and driving awareness and enablement campaigns for Sales teams at SHI/CDW.
+ Planning and directing channel activities including implementing forecasts, marketing program development, relationship development, collateral material development and distribution.
+ Scheduling and attending sales call appointments with prospect teams in reseller organizations.
+ Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual quotas.
+ Being seen and treated by SHI/CDW as a trusted and valued resource.
+ Collaborating with the field marketing organization to plan, deliver and lead an effective communication and demand generation campaign for each focus partner.
+ Developing territory maps to reflect geographies covered by reseller sales teams
+ Using Social media to bi-directionally promote and drive the Odaseva and SHI/CDW partnerships, goals and objectives.
+ Delivering channel insights as part of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and Annual Business Review Process.
+ Managing account scorecards, allocating budget, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
+ Providing an objective viewpoint based on an in-depth understanding of commercial and competitive information
+ Bachelor of Arts or Sciences Degree; or related field is preferred
+ 10+ years experience in Commercial B2B Sales, Marketing, Account Management or Business Development for large G2K accounts
+ 8+ years experience in progressive business sales through global distributors and resellers, such as SHI, Insight, and CDW with a clear record of quota or KPI achievement and success in technology-based B2B sales
+ Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
+ A strong understanding of the sales process and Channel Sales.
+ Pre-existing relationships with key leaders at targeted resellers.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, Solution Engineering, and Product Development. Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and data management space preferred.
+ Ability to own account responsibility or work in a team.
+ Ability to develop a budget to support the enablement, marketing and promotion of the SHI/CDW business plans
+ Full professional proficiency in both French and English
