Job DescriptionEV Battery Solutions DivisionResponsibilities: Penetrate and develop new accounts for our Mixing Process equipment and systems in the US EV battery industry.Analysis of sales opportunitiesDevelopment and implementation of 'smart' sales and marketing measures to achieve the sales targets.Identification and development of new sales channelsPerform sales calls and customer visits, as well as presentations and key account seminars to customers (incl. documentation in CRM)Specify and quote appropriate equipment or system according to the customer's needs (including calculations)Organize and provide assistance with testing, both in-house, and at customer's facilitiesManage and coordinate tradeshows within region, participate in organizations and industry activities.Report leads, active projects, and sales activity to Sales DirectorClose sales and ongoing support to customers throughout the process.QualificationsTechnical degree in process or mechanical engineering5 - 10 years related experience in technical/industrial sales of investment goods in the process industry, preferably from competitors Experience in material processing and/or battery cell production, ideally experience with drying, mixing, or dispersing processes.Strong communication and negotiation skillsHighly self-motivated and target-orientedProblem solving abilities and customer focus.Willingness to travel Driver's licenseAdditional InformationLooking for a great team to grow with?
