We specialize in providing innovative engineered automation products, applications engineering support and machining services to companies from health care and optical equipment to packaging and automated machinery. The purpose of this position is to both manage the sales team’s performance and processes to ensure strategic and financial goals are met, as well as oversee the management of key customer accounts and reps as designated by the CEO. This role is also responsible for implementing growth strategies, improving revenue, driving margin improvements and maintaining control on operating budgets. Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic plan to advance company objectives, including promoting revenue, profitability, and organizational growth. Lead sales team to achieve targeted accounts and new customer growth goals, ensuring that goals are set to exceed planned revenues for each responsible person. Select, lead, and direct team according to their roles and responsibilities within the organization hierarchy. Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, and to the company as a whole fostering a culture of collaboration and continued excellence. Review and improve organizational effectiveness. Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. Ensure company processes, procedures, policies and standards are met and meet Corporate guidelines. Review and analyze the financial statements monthly to ensure achievement of objectives, redirecting resources to ensure success. Support both internal and external marketing communications and promotions by working with the Corporate marketing team. Represent the company as required with industry associations, customers, and suppliers. Stay current on existing and emerging products and technologies. Serve as a brand ambassador for Accu-Tech at industry events, elevating presence in the marketplace. Maintain ethical, cooperative manufacturer relationships consistent with company image and company goals in the marketplace. Technical Skills and Competencies Thorough understanding of the steps to effective selling and customer relationship building, along with working with a team of independent representative organizations nationally. Financial acumen and operating statement understanding. Able to draft, read, understand, and analyze engineering drawings. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills; strong capacity to incorporate critical thinking into the decision- making process. Demonstrated ability to produce written communication at a professional business level. Ability to travel nationally 30%+ Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience with an automation, distribution, or manufacturing company in a senior leadership role, with participation in, or control of the sales department. 7+ years of direct sales team management experience ,

including managing a cross-functional team that works both in the office and externally. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and strategic objectives as an individual and sales leader. Experience working with technical teams to deliver automation solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities. Excellent project management skills. Must be a self-starter with integrity, innovation, and can pay attention to details. Why ATU?
