Today, Embrace Management is maximizing its organizational growth and expanding its positioning as an essential service provider and influential leader in the Telecommunications sector, driving us to expand our Promotional Sales Team. We need an influential, dedicated thought-leader to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Manager and become an invaluable asset by leading and directing internal resources to execute sales objectives aligned with our client's company and brand standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Manager:

  • Develop, execute, and oversee promotional sales solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction, quota attainment, proper handling of customer complaints, and lead a highly-skilled, vibrant team of sales professionals
  • Use fact-based and value-based selling tools when engaging a consumer to drive sales and engagement and reduce account cancellations
  • Assist the Senior Key Account Manager in developing strong working partnerships with fellow industry leaders and client executives. Collaborate together to establish promotional sales objectives by forecasting and setting sales quotas based on the client's expansion targets
  • Stay current on products, services, and promotions available. Use your book of business to create upselling and cross-selling opportunities when new items are made available
  • Assist the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition department in actively searching for the industry's top talent through headhunting, candidate sourcing, and virtual career fairs
  • Develop your analytical skills over time to lead sales presentations, analyze the sales strategies' status, and troubleshoot areas to improve
  • Work directly with and maintain constant communication with partners, clients, and consumers across the local region. This is a highly visible position within our organization

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university OR
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, client-facing, or leadership setting
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience is also accepted
