n.2 Sales Area Manager, di cui una per l’area Centro Sud e una per l’area Nord Italia.
Descrizione della mansione
Le figure commerciali avranno principalmente il compito di sviluppare la rete di
Dealers nel settore Agriculture / Automotive
e fornire supporto all’intera
Rete Vendita dedicata allo sviluppo del convenzionamento con Dealers specializzati in altre categorie (auto, moto, mezzi pesanti, nautica) , nonché presidio della stessa Rete per il collocamento del prodotto finalizzato Agriculture e dei servizi integrati per il conseguimento degli obiettivi di business.
Le principali responsabilità e mansioni sono:
Le figure si occuperanno delle seguenti attività:
– Gestione dello
sviluppo commerciale
distintamente nelle regioni del Centro-Sud e del Nord Italia;
– Identificazione delle
opportunità di vendita e acquisizione di nuovi clienti
(Rivenditori);
– Creazione e mantenimento di
relazioni solide con i clienti ;
– Negoziazione di
contratti e accordi commerciali ;
– Monitoraggio delle
performance di vendita
e raggiungimento degli
obiettivi stabiliti.
Le principali competenze e caratteristiche personali richieste sono:
Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
– Esperienza di almeno 2/4 anni nella
vendita di prodotti finanziari finalizzati
(prestiti e leasing) nel settore Agriculture / Automotive;
– Conoscenza approfondita dei
players del settore Agriculture
(Rivenditori);
– Conoscenza delle
tecniche di vendita e della gestione del cliente nelle attività di vendita
(metodi di presentazione dei prodotti, tecniche di fidelizzazione cliente);
– Necessaria e comprovata esperienza di
scoutinge hunting
commerciale;
– Ottime capacità di
ascolto, comunicazione, relazione e negoziazione.
– Capacità di lavorare per
obiettivi e time management.
