•Providing exceptional customer service to every guest. Greet them warmly, actively listen to their needs, and offer personalized assistance in booking courts, lessons, or choosing the right tennis equipment.

•Stay updated on the latest tennis merchandise, including racquets, balls, apparel, and accessories. Demonstrate knowledge of each product's features and benefits to help guests make informed decisions.

•Take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the tennis area, restrooms, and viewing areas. Regularly inspect the courts and facilities to ensure they are in top-notch condition.

•Be well-versed in the court and lesson booking procedures. Assist guests promptly in securing their preferred times and offer options for optimal playing experiences.

•Recommend relevant merchandise or additional services based on their needs and preferences.

•Monitor merchandise inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate personnel. Keep the shelves organized.
