Need a FIS Product SME (Ignore Role attributes added in the SR) About the job Specialties: Commercial Loans and Lines of Credit, Asset-Based Financing, SBA Loans, and Specialized Financing, Real Estate Loans, Cash Management Services, International Services GENERAL SUMMARY: We are looking for an Advanced Commercial Banking System (ACBS) Application Support Analyst with a balance of technical knowledge and business acumen to join of our IT Solutions and Production Support team, to support the e nvironment, assists users with their questions on application functionalities, data analysis, and overall business process, and to ensure daily support of the applications maintained by the team. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: # The primary dut y of the support analyst is on the ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) application and its components # Analyze and document user and system requirements # Create and maintain application procedures based on MB processes, including workflows an d decision flow tree # Assist in the development and execution of test cases. Effectively track testing defects and resolution # Provide UAT support # Work with internal business units & vendors to identify & resolve reporting issues # Perform testin g and validation of application bug fixes POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: : Education: # A Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred. Experience: # 5 years of experience in banking or financial services industry. # 3 years of experience in managing and supporting ACBS application. # Experience with Commercial Lending Treasury technology platforms is a plus. Skills Qualifications: # Data Mart, data analysis, and SQL queiries knowledge and experience is a plus. # Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and Power Point. # Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. # Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. # Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and objectives in a rapidly changing environment. # Ability to self # start and work independently while engaging in multiple initiates, interacting with a diverse group of management, subject matter experts, and IT staff.
