Currently we have an immediate need to add an experienced:

Sr. Program Officer

Location: Reston, VA(on-site client environment)

Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph

Compensation:Competitive, Excellent Benefits

The Sr. Program Officer position is a highly visible position, directly supporting the Chief of Staff. You will provide Front Office support to the Executive Leadership Team, and serve as a senior advisor. Your areas of focus will be on Business Process Improvement, Project Management, Financial Reporting and Strategy.

Responsibilities:

Support the coordination among disparate projects and teams to drive quality outcomes and facilitate technical progress towards the strategic objectives of the organization.

Assist the IT Accessibility Group with data tracking, metrics, coordination, and administrative support to oversee team progress towards improved IT standards and goals.

Facilitate action tracking to ensure that tasked items are completed, and responded to in a timely manner, using specified tracking protocol.

Collaborate, coordinate, schedule, and prepare materials for internal training, conferences, and event planning.

Provide analysis of technical matters and capabilities related to open source databases, budget forecasting, program analysis, briefings, strategic planning, and strategic evaluation.

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, and the use of JIRA and Confluence for program management.

Excellent organizational skills,
