We manage day-to-day operations such as auditing, billing, and track and trace so clients can confidently focus on their business while we handle the logistics.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Freight Coordinator role located in Nashville, TN. The Freight Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of imports and exports, communicating with customers to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of freight, and providing excellent customer service. The Freight Coordinator will also be responsible for managing documentation associated with shipments and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in freight coordination
  • Knowledge of import and export regulations
  • Ability to create and manage documentation associated with shipments
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle unexpected situations
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus
