Job Duties will include:
- Scheduling Loads with customer
- Setting Pickup and Delivery Appointments
- Manage Email and make sure responses are sent in a timely manner.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls
- Tracking and Tracing in Transit Moves
- Building and Customer and Carrier Relations
- Dispatching and Managing Over the Road freight Shipments
- Managing Customer Relationships and effective communication and response time
