As part of this team, you'll be a skilled multitasker who provides support to the existing team with day-to-day operations. We're looking for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented and can adapt quickly to changing situations.

International Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage international shipments via air, sea, and land routes.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements of origin and destination countries.
Negotiate rates with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize transportation costs.
Prepare and manage shipping documents, including invoices, bills of lading, and export/import documentation.
Track and monitor the progress of shipments, providing updates to relevant stakeholders and addressing any delays or issues that arise.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the logistics operation.
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in international logistics coordination or related roles. Degree in supply chain management, logistics, chain management, or related field is a big plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions..
Proficiency in logistics software and systems for tracking shipments and managing inventory.
Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
