JOB TITLE: Program Support Analyst Level 1 AGENCY: Construction & Development DEPT/DIV: Delivery/ Infrastructure REPORTS TO: Senior Program Support Administrator WORK LOCATION: 2 Broadway HOURS OF WORK: 9:00 AM to 5:30 P M or as required (7.5HR/ DAY ) HAY POINTS: 282 SALARY RANGE: $ 58,827 to $77,210 DEADLINE: Open Until Filled S ummary The Program Support Analyst Level 1 is an entry-level analytical position within the MTA Construction & Development . Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary by assignment. Typical duties may include, but not be limited to, the following: Assist in develop ing, preparing , and updating analytical reports, spreadsheets, and databases. Support data-gathering, review ing , and updating information and documentation in project management systems and/or various systems supporting departmental operations. Assist in detailed budget monitoring and administration tasks for capital projects or departmental operations. Provide analytical support for developing research, studies, analyses, and presentations related to capital projects, technical issues, or departmental operations. May handle confidential and sensitive information related to capital projects , departmental personnel, and operations. Ensure effective communication and function as a liaison with employees at all levels within the department and with other C&D units, as needed. As needed, provide analytical support for various departmental and/or project management processes and reports . E ducation and Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Architecture, Mathematics, or a related field . Must have a minimum of two (2) year s of related experience. Competences: Strong analytical skills. Self-motivated and detail oriented . Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with all levels of management and team members. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and discretion. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Access , and PowerPoint).
