Summary

The Ticket Seller (Day) will sell individual game tickets for the Rochester Americans and Rochester Knighthawks as well as various events held at Blue Cross Arena on both game and non-game days.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for selling individual games tickets on game and non-game days for Rochester Amerks, Rochester Knighthawks and other events
  • Provide customers with details on seat location, price and promotions if applicable
  • Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
  • Assist Manager of Ticket Operations with box office issues or other ticket-related problems that arise on an event day
  • Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications for the Position:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays as needed

  • Ability to solve problems under pressure
  • Organized


Compensation:

This role pays $16.00 an hour.
