As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our NYC flagship store.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our NYC store operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, particularly within the beauty industry, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staffing.
  • Lead and motivate a team of beauty consultants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive store profitability and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven ability to coach and develop teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for beauty and skincare.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
